What we collect

The contact form: your name, school, email address, the apps you ticked and your message.

Email: whatever you include when you write to us directly.

Visits: like most websites, our server keeps a standard log of requests (the page, the time, your browser type and network address) for about two weeks, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and talk with you about your school's needs.

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't share it with anyone for their marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Services that help run the site

Cloudflare delivers the site, protects it from attacks and runs the contact form's spam check (Turnstile). To do this it processes technical details such as your network address and browser.

Email: contact form messages are sent straight to our email inbox, which is hosted by Google. The website doesn't keep its own copy.

Google Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.

Cookies and tracking

The site doesn't use advertising trackers or cookie-based analytics. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people apart from automated bots. It isn't used to track you.

How long we keep it

Server logs are deleted after about two weeks. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of our conversation with your school. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it.

Children

This site is for school staff and leaders. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

This policy is about the website only. How each app handles student data once a school uses it is described on How each app handles student data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
