ReceiptDrive
An iPhone and iPad app for keeping receipts for your tax records.
What it does
- Add receipts by hand, or scan a photo or PDF with the AI provider you choose (Claude, OpenAI or Gemini) using your own API key.
- Search, filter and see yearly totals on the Dashboard.
- Export CSV or PDF, and upload receipts to your own Google Drive if you choose.
- Open the app from a computer on the same Wi-Fi with Web Access.
- Your receipts stay on your device. No account, no tracking.
How ReceiptDrive uses your Google data
Google Drive is optional. ReceiptDrive asks you to sign in to Google only if you tap "Connect to Google Drive" in Settings.
- What it requests: the
drive.filepermission (Google's narrowest Drive permission) and your basic Google profile. - Why: so you can back up a receipt to your own Drive. When you tap "Upload to Drive", the app creates a "ReceiptDrive" folder (the first time) and uploads that receipt's photo or PDF into it.
- What it can see: only the files it created. It cannot read, list or change any of your other Drive files.
- Your email address is shown in Settings so you know which account is connected.
- Nothing is uploaded automatically, and Google user data is never sent to us, shared, sold, or used for advertising or AI training. ReceiptDrive has no server.
- Disconnect anytime in Settings, or remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ReceiptDrive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
